Search Weft Items
search is one of the 32 MCP tools in Weft, the AI task manager you run by talking to Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT through one MCP endpoint. Keyword search across tasks, sprints, decisions and memory notes. Returns up to 50 ranked {id, title, url} results whose kind-prefixed ids feed into fetch.

Returns
An object with results: [{id, title, url}], where id is "task:<uuid>" or "sprint:<uuid>". Includes truncated + totalMatches when more than 50 items matched.
Annotations
- read-only. The tool does not mutate server state. Safe to call automatically.
