When Jira is the right choice
- You have multiple concurrent Scrum teams and shared program-level reporting.
- You need audit, SAML/SSO, compliance tooling, and complex permission schemes.
- Your org already runs Atlassian (Confluence, Bitbucket, Rovo) end-to-end.
