Create Project
create_project is one of the 32 MCP tools in Weft, the AI task manager you run by talking to Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT through one MCP endpoint. Create a project context. Name is unique per board; color defaults to a rotating palette pick; url is the project’s website, whose favicon is shown on task cards.

Annotations
Default write tool. The tool mutates state; MCP clients are free to call it once they know what the user wants. Whether the client asks for confirmation is the client’s choice; the Model Context Protocol specification recommends keeping a human in the loop with the ability to deny tool invocations.
