Start Sprint
start_sprint is one of the 32 MCP tools in Weft, the AI task manager you run by talking to Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT through one MCP endpoint. Transition a planned sprint to active status. One sprint can be active at a time, on every plan — if another sprint is running, the call fails and names it; complete that sprint first, then retry.

默认的写入工具。它会改变状态；MCP 客户端一旦清楚用户想要什么，就可以直接调用。是否请用户确认由客户端自己决定；Model Context Protocol 规范建议让人参与其中，并保留拒绝工具调用的能力。
