Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and AI PRODUCTS LTDA, a limited liability company registered under CNPJ 63.045.700/0001-12 (“Weft”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the Weft website, web application, desktop application, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Weft is an AI-first Scrumban task manager. It provides a kanban-style board, sprints, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that lets you connect third-party AI assistants (such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, or Gemini) to read and update your board. You are responsible for the AI client you choose to connect, the instructions you give it, and its actions on your account.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@letsweft.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal
3.1 Workspaces and plans
Weft is organised around workspaces. Every account starts with one personal workspace, and you can create additional workspaces (for clients, side projects, or teams). Each workspace bills independently — your personal can stay on the Free plan while a separate team workspace runs on a paid plan, for example.
Each workspace is on a Free or paid plan:
- Free — 50 active tasks on the board (archived work is exempt), one active sprint, 200 AI/MCP tool calls per calendar month, and archive history visible 30 days back. Nothing is deleted when a limit is reached, and history beyond 30 days reappears on Pro.
- Solo — one seat. USD 7 per month, or USD 60 per year when billed annually (an effective discount of 29% on the monthly rate).
- Team — two or more seats, priced per seat at the same rate as a single seat: USD 7 per seat per month, or USD 60 per seat per year when billed annually. There is no volume schedule; the per-seat rate does not change with team size. The workspace owner is charged for all seats on that workspace. Seat changes are pro-rated and charged immediately. Teams that subscribed before 15 September 2026 under the previous volume schedule keep their rate until they change their seat count.
Current pricing is shown on the Billing page. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Customers in Brazil are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL 39 per seat per month, or BRL 339 per seat per year), customers in the euro area in euros (EUR 6.50 per seat per month, or EUR 55 per seat per year, before local VAT), customers in Canada in Canadian dollars (CAD 10.50 per seat per month, or CAD 90 per seat per year, before GST/HST), customers in Japan in yen (JPY 1,300 per seat per month, or JPY 11,000 per seat per year), customers in Norway in kroner (NOK 90 per seat per month, or NOK 775 per seat per year), customers in the United Kingdom in pounds sterling (GBP 6.84 per seat per month, or GBP 58.80 per seat per year), customers in Switzerland in Swiss francs (CHF 6.81 per seat per month, or CHF 58.37 per seat per year), customers in Sweden in kronor (SEK 75 per seat per month, or SEK 645 per seat per year, before VAT), customers in Denmark in kroner (DKK 50 per seat per month, or DKK 430 per seat per year, before VAT), customers in Poland in złoty (PLN 29.50 per seat per month, or PLN 252 per seat per year, before VAT), customers in Czechia in koruna (CZK 164 per seat per month, or CZK 1,400 per seat per year, before VAT), customers in Hungary in forint (HUF 2,500 per seat per month, or HUF 21,000 per seat per year, before VAT) and customers in Romania in lei (RON 36 per seat per month, or RON 308 per seat per year, before VAT); the currency is chosen by the country you purchase from and is shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable taxes (including Brazilian taxes such as ISS, where due) may be added at checkout.
3.2 Payment provider
Paid plans purchased on our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe’s applicable terms.
3.3 Subscriptions purchased through app stores
If you subscribe to Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, respectively, under their own terms. Your purchase history, invoices, and refund rights for those transactions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account.
3.4 Automatic renewal
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You expressly authorize these recurring charges.
3.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-product before the change takes effect on your renewal. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you do not accept, cancel before your next renewal.
3.6 Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry automatically, downgrade your account to the Free plan, and/or suspend access to Pro features until payment succeeds.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page (Stripe Customer Portal) or, for app-store purchases, through your App Store or Google Play account. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which incorporates Brazilian consumer law (including the seven-day right of regret under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code — “CDC”) and, for app-store purchases, the refund rules of Apple and Google.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing;
- upload malware, scrape or attack our infrastructure, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the Service except where that right cannot be waived by contract;
- impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or resell, sublicense, or rent accounts;
- submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
6. AI Clients & MCP
The Service exposes an MCP endpoint that allows your AI client to read and modify your data. When you connect an AI client:
- you are responsible for what the AI client does, including any data it sends or any actions it takes on your board;
- the AI client’s provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) processes your prompts and their replies under its terms and privacy policy, not ours;
- we do not control, guarantee, or assume liability for the output, accuracy, or behavior of third-party AI systems.
7. Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload through the Service (“User Content”), including tasks, sprints and projects. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We will not sell your User Content and we will not use it to train shared or third-party AI models.
8. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and the Weft brand (including the warp/weft/shuttle marks), is owned by AI PRODUCTS LTDA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms are in effect.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, hosting providers, email senders, and AI clients you choose to connect). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Service Availability & Changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue parts of the Service. If we materially reduce or discontinue a paid feature, we will provide notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused portion.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and absence of errors or interruptions. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under Brazilian law (CDC) or other applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) actions taken under your account or by an AI client you connected.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the Service is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city where AI PRODUCTS LTDA is headquartered, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise: Brazilian consumers may bring proceedings in the forum of their own domicile under Art. 101 of the CDC, and consumers in other jurisdictions retain any non-waivable rights under local law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-product at least 15 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
