Update Task
update_task is one of the 32 MCP tools in Weft, the AI task manager you run by talking to Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT through one MCP endpoint. MCP is an open standard for connecting AI applications to external tools and data, with a publicly maintained specification that was introduced by Anthropic. Patch an existing task's fields. Only fields you pass are changed; omitted fields are preserved — with one exception: clearing requiresReview is refused for an agent, and the refusal takes the whole patch with it.
