Get Active Sprint
get_active_sprint is one of the 32 MCP tools in Weft, the AI task manager you run by talking to Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT through one MCP endpoint. Return the currently active sprint, or null if no sprint is running — so a solo founder or agent can check the current goal without opening the app.
